Here at Buoys we are proud to say that we use real food. In season we strive to use as much local, fresh ingredients as possible. Our fish is caught in the same water you swim in and many of our ingredients are from the same beautiful island you are or will be exploring. We would like to thank the many dedicated local food producers. Purvis Fisheries, Gypsy Family Farm, Joyce Family Farm, Burt Farm Meats, Our Garden Products, Meekers Aquaculture and Loonsong Farms, just to name a few.
